  • galipoly: a playable R version (with a graphical interface) of the popular board game in which the objective is the domination of a market by a single entity. Available in GitHub.
  • Covid-19: the SPQEIR model: a Shiny app to simulate the impact of various suppression strategies (social distancing, lockdown, protection, etc.) on the development of COVID-19, using the new SPQEIR model. Available in Shinyapps.
  • sine-skewed toroidal: supplementary R code for the paper “Sine-skewed toroidal distributions and their application in protein bioinformatics” . Available in GitHub.
